Using Beckett

Beckett is a personal AI assistant that stores and organizes information you share with it. By using Beckett, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your Content

You own everything you put into Beckett. We don't claim any rights over your notes, messages, or data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Beckett to store or process illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Account Termination

You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Beckett is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI Limitations

Beckett uses AI that may occasionally make mistakes, misinterpret context, or produce inaccurate information. Do not rely on Beckett as your sole source of truth for critical decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of meaningful changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
